120 Degree (Self) and 360 Degree Assessments

Our online assessments are backed by research conducted in partnership with the University of California Extended Studies divisions across several campuses. Hundreds of professionals representing dozens of organizations were queried on those skills thought to be most essential to successful performance. Since then, tens of thousands of individuals have participated in one or more of the many 360 Degree Assessments referencing this matrix.
